NexCoder Academy is a practical AI learning ecosystem for people who want to use artificial intelligence confidently in their studies, careers and businesses — not just understand the theory behind it. We are building NexCoder around a simple belief: the AI skills that create real value are learned by doing.
That means working with modern AI tools, designing useful workflows, automating repetitive work, analysing information, building AI agents and assistants, and turning ideas into projects that can be demonstrated. Our programs are designed for working professionals, final-year students, recent graduates, entrepreneurs and career switchers — learners do not need a traditional AI or computer-science background to begin building practical AI fluency.
AI is moving quickly, but for many learners the problem is not access to information — it’s turning scattered tutorials, tool updates and online content into a structured learning journey that produces usable skills.

NexCoder Academy’s current learning pathway is built around three practical programs. The first two weeks of the longer Practical AI Mastery program use the same intensive curriculum as the standalone AI Bootcamp, after which learners continue into deeper workflows, agents, automation, projects and career-focused modules — with the FDE Specialization available as a technical add-on for engineering-focused learners.

A 14-week, 56-session, live + recorded, hands-on program across 12 modules that takes learners from AI fundamentals to advanced workflows, AI agents, automation, real-world projects and portfolio development.
Master AI Tools in 2 Weeks
A fast-paced 2-week, 8-session program for learners who want a structured introduction to practical AI. Across 4 modules it covers AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, leading AI tools, productivity, automation, content and research, agents, data analysis, a mini-project, portfolio positioning and a final presentation.
Forward Deployed Engineer, in 4 Weeks
A 4-week, 16-session engineering specialization across 6 modules, built on the Practical AI Mastery foundation. It covers enterprise AI solution architecture, RAG engineering, agentic AI and orchestration, enterprise integration, and a client-style forward-deployment capstone.

Ritik brings 11+ years of professional experience in Germany and across Europe, with an international technology and digital-product perspective shaped by work across connected vehicles, digitalisation and complex cross-market delivery. His experience includes connected-vehicle services and digital product/program delivery across European markets, including work associated with rolling out connected services across 13 European markets.
Alongside technology delivery, Ritik has built experience across project and stakeholder management, business analysis, data/AI upskilling and translating complex technology initiatives into structured execution. At NexCoder Academy, he focuses on learner needs, practical curriculum direction, product and business strategy, and ensuring that AI education connects with real workplace challenges.
His motivation for NexCoder is straightforward: professionals and students should not have to become AI researchers to benefit from AI, but they do need the right structure, practice and guidance to use it well.
Ritik brings 11+ years of international professional experience across Germany and Europe, combining hands-on digital-product and technology-delivery experience with data/AI upskilling and structured execution. NexCoder Academy is being built around that foundation: practical AI skills for individuals, grounded in how technology is actually adopted and used in the real world.
NexCoder Academy can be positioned as “Powered by Advance Agility” to bring together a focused learner-facing AI education brand with the training and transformation experience associated with Advance Agility. This positioning supports credibility while allowing NexCoder Academy to build a distinct identity for practical AI upskilling in India.
